BHISD’s students have big plans for the future.
Make sure your future plans include voting on November 7.
Our parents played a big role in developing our funding priorities.
As we have done through the storied history of Barbers Hill ISD, our Administrators and Trustees listen carefully and act on the input of our parents and grandparents. The School Funding Election reflects the wishes of our community when it comes to priorities like maintaining our high academic standards, campus safety and programs that prepare our kids for college and career.
It’s important that our parents have a say in the future of our schools.
Voter turnout for school referendums among parents and young adults consistently falls below the turnout for non-parents. It’s important that families with children in our school have their say on our academic and security programs now and into the future.
Voting is quick, easy & convenient.
With almost two weeks of early voting and 12 hours of voting on Election Day, there are plenty of opportunities to cast your ballot in the important School Funding Election. Typically, voting in a non-Presidential and non-Gubernatorial election takes less than 5 minutes – that’s quicker than going through the drive thru line at most coffee shops.
